CMSE is offering the extra space on the Conference Notes CD as a means for CMSE Participants to provide Application Notes of value to the military and space electronics engineering community. All application notes must follow the theme of CMSE and offer technical application information rather than marketing or sales promotion. CTI reserves the right of final approval and selection of the material submitted for the CD.

The final file format of any application note is PDF, but application notes submitted in a format that can readily convert to PDF will be accepted. It is mandatory that each application note have the following statement in small print and in the footer of the first page of the application note.

A Copyright Release Form, see Speakers Instructions, must be submitted with the Application Note.

The first page should also have the title of the Application Note, Author(s) name, Company, and contact information of submitter. This information should be in single column format.

Applications Notes in a two column format on 8.5 x 11 inch page size with 1 inch margins are preferred.

Cutoff date for submittal of an application note is December 20, 2005.

The addition of this information to the Conference CD should prove to be a valuable service to all CMSE participants.
