The CTI Staff has a combined experience in excess of 150 years in the field of
components engineering, technology, R&D, acquisition, quality and reliability
assurance.
Mr. Hamiter, the founder of CTI, during his 23 years with NASA/MSFC developed
the first high reliability components requirements for space Projects and was Chief
Engineer of the NASA Standard Components Program. His expertise and achievements
in components technology is recognized throughout the USA, Europe and
Japan. After leaving NASA he and the CTI staff have provided components engineering
and consulting services worldwide. The staff members have many years
of experience performing all types of engineering and quality assurance tasks and
reviews of project contractor activities. In addition he provided support to military
projects in the selection and approval of components usage. Their technical experience
