Managers, engineers, and technicians involved in IC test & evaluation, device design, process development, manufacturing, yield improvement, reliability, quality control, process control, and failure analysis.
VLSI designers, by understanding the nuances of failure mechanisms, device manufacturing and accelerated testing, will be better able to make design trade-off decisions influenced by these reliability consideration and limitations. Also, designers’ interface with customers is enhanced.
For those who have recently entered the industry, these courses provide a rapid indepth understanding of failure mechanisms, manufacturing and testing reliability, while more experienced engineers and technicians will benefit from a thorough and timely update of novel, practical analysis techniques.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Confirmed registrations received by mail, telephone, or fax can be canceled up to fifteen (15) working days before a seminar starting date with a minimum cancellation fee of US$100. Cancellations not made by fifteen (15) calendar days before the session beginning date are subject to the entire fee. Substitutions for confirmed registrants may be made at any time before the start date with no charge.
CTI reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund of fees will be made. CTI is not responsible for nonrefundable purchases before seminar confirmation.
