WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Managers, engineers, and technicians involved in IC test & evaluation, device design, process development, manufacturing, yield improvement, reliability, quality control, process control, and failure analysis.

VLSI designers, by understanding the nuances of failure mechanisms, device manufacturing and accelerated testing, will be better able to make design trade-off decisions influenced by these reliability consideration and limitations. Also, designers’ interface with customers is enhanced.

For those who have recently entered the industry, these courses provide a rapid indepth understanding of failure mechanisms, manufacturing and testing reliability, while more experienced engineers and technicians will benefit from a thorough and timely update of novel, practical analysis techniques.

CLASS HOURS

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, except the class will adjourn by 3:30 p.m. on the last day. Participants should locate the meeting room in advance.

Early registration is required to assure adequate attendance for seminar . The fee covers the course Handbook, meeting materials, lunches and refreshment breaks. Hotel accomodations and other meals are not included.

Group Discount - For each Seminar a 10% discount is offered on the full registration fee when three (3) or more participants from the same company register at one time.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS

Confirmed registrations received by mail, telephone, or fax can be canceled up to three weeks before seminar starting date with a minimum cancellation fee of US$100. Cancellations not made more than three weeks before the session beginning date are subject to the entire fee. Substitutions for confirmed registrants may be made at any time before the start date with no charge.

CTI reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund of fees will be made. CTI is not responsible for nonrefundable purchases before seminar confirmation is provided.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS *

The Seminar will be held at the San Jose Airport Clarion Hotel, 1355 North Fourth St., 95112. Rooms are available for $99.00 including breakfast, call 408-392-2401 for reservations. Free Shuttle Service is available every 30 minutes, Call hotel upon arrival.
