Seminar Fees and Registration Details

Advance registration is required by fax or mail. Space is limited. The fee covers the course Handbook, meeting materials, lunches, and refreshment breaks. Hotel accommodations and other meals are not included. Contact CTI for Special Prices to Hold This Seminar in Your Facility

SEMINAR FEE - $2100.00

DISCOUNTS (Discounts cannot be combined.)

PAYMENT DISCOUNT - Single registrants may take a discount of $100 from the full seminar registration fee if payment is received 30 days in advance of the start of the seminar.

GROUP DISCOUNT - For each Seminar a 10% discount is offered on the full registration fee when three (3) or more participants from the same company register at one time. No reduction for early payment or late payment charge with the Group Discount.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS

Confirmed registrations received by mail, telephone, or fax can be canceled up to fifteen (15) working days before a seminar starting date with a minimum cancellation fee of US$100. Cancellations not made by fifteen (15) calendar days before the session beginning date are subject to the entire fee. Substitutions for confirmed registrants may be made at any time before the start date with no charge.

CTI reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund of fees will be made. For more information, contact:
