Mr. Hamiter, the founder of CTI, during his 23 years with NASA/MSFC developed the first high reliability components requirements for space Projects and was Chief Engineer of the NASA Standard Components Program. His expertise and achievements in components technology is recognized throughout the USA, Europe and Japan. After leaving NASA he and the CTI staff have provided components engineering and consulting services worldwide. The staff members have more than 100 years of experience performing many types of engineering and quality assurance tasks and reviews of project contractor activities.
